RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately Jawcko Chewing Gum is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an perishable food product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing us and providing an image of the item and its defects along with your Order ID/Number within 10 days of your delivery confirmation. You can always contact us for any return question at HELLO@JAWCKO.COM. Once we confirm the item arrived damaged, we will send you a return shipping label via email. Once we have received the damaged item back to our warehouse, we will process a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided for items which arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued once the request has been received and inspected, and the damaged item is returned to our warehouse. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@jawcko.com.

Your first pack of Jawcko Jawline Gum is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email and we'll help you out! This offer is only eligible to first time customers who purchased their first pack on Jawcko.com. First time orders of multiple items will only have one pack refunded. For multi-pack orders, only the value of a single pack will be refunded from the order total.
